1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Faithful Home Collective Systems ("FHC", "We") provides a strict B2B infrastructure for property management automation. By using our Services, you agree to the following non-negotiable rules:

• No Marketing Content: The Service is designed strictly for transactional emails (system alerts, invoices, password resets, workflow notifications). Marketing, promotional, or "cold" outreach emails are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Lists: The use of purchased, rented, or third-party email lists is forbidden. Immediate termination will occur if such activity is detected.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL regulations.

2. Account Verification & Anti-Spam

We maintain a rigorous vetting process to ensure the integrity of our delivery network.

We monitor bounce rates and spam complaints. Accounts exceeding a 0.1% spam complaint rate are automatically suspended pending manual review.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We collect minimal data required to facilitate property management workflows (Name, Email, Assigned Property ID). We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Nature of Communication

Emails sent via FHC Systems are classified as "Transactional" or "Relationship" messages as defined by major ISPs. Examples include:

• Emergency Maintenance Assignments
• Lease Agreement Confirmations
• Vendor Compliance Status Alerts
• Security Gate Access Codes
