All end-users (vendors/tenants) added to the FHC platform must verify their email address via a Double Opt-In mechanism before receiving workflow notifications.

We monitor bounce rates and spam complaints. Accounts exceeding a 0.1% spam complaint rate are automatically suspended pending manual review.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We collect minimal data required to facilitate property management workflows (Name, Email, Assigned Property ID). We do not sell data to third parties.
